How does it work?

CAMBOX collects my parcel securely.

CAMBOX collects your personal or professional parcels in a secure and autonomous manner.  With CAMBOX, you can collect your parcels in the entrance hall of your building or at your workplace at any time of the day. 

 

Some definitions

Delivery code: This code enables the deliveryman to drop off your parcel.  It is generated by you and included in the address when the order is placed.  It can be unique (used for one delivery only) or permanent (for a supplier that sends you parcels regularly, for instance).  You decide.

 

Master code: This is the code used to collect your parcel.  It is personal and confidential and is issued to you when you register.

 

Cambox login: Each Cambox station has a login, which serves as its identity card.  You are asked to provide it when you wish to use a station.  Ask your company’s Cambox manager for it, together with the password. 


Transfer:  This is a function that enables you to drop a parcel off to another subscriber using the touch screen of the Cambox station.  Enter your master code and follow the instructions on the screen.

Do your online shopping and indicate the CAMBOX code in the delivery address
The delivery drops your parcel off in a CAMBOX.
The delivery operation is filmed by a camera situated in each CAMBOX.
You receive a delivery notice by e-mail with the video.
Enter your code to open the CAMBOX
Collect your parcel.

Delivery constraints belong to the past!
